1. Introduction

4. Account Registration and Customer Verification

Customers must provide accurate and complete information during registration and ticket purchase.
4.2
The Company may conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in accordance with its AML Policy and applicable law.
4.3
We may request:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
- Age verification
- Additional documentation for AML purposes
4.4
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in:
- Suspension of participation
- Withholding of prizes
- Account closure
5. Operation of Games
5.1
Tickets for online bingo games are purchased exclusively through balgriffinbingo.ie.
5.2
Games are hosted via Zoom or another approved online platform.
5.3
A valid email address is required to receive:
- Ticket confirmations
- Zoom links
- Game information
5.4
Numbers are drawn using a certified random number generator or by a live caller.
5.5
The Company’s game records shall be final and conclusive.
6. Prizes and Payouts
6.1
Prize amounts shall be displayed on the Website or announced prior to each game.
6.2
Winners are determined based on the first valid claim received and verified against game records.
6.3
The Company may require identity verification before releasing any prize.
6.4
Prizes shall be paid via:
- Bank transfer
- Revolut
- Other approved methods
6.5
Payouts shall only be made to accounts held in the name of the verified customer.
6.6
The Company strictly prohibits:
- Transfer of funds between players
- Payouts to third‑party accounts
7. Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non‑refundable once purchased.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

- Collusion
- Use of multiple accounts
- Disruption of games
- Abuse of payment systems

The Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Withhold prizes
- Report suspicious activity to authorities
8.3
All activity is monitored in accordance with the Company’s AML Policy.
9. Technical Requirements and Limitations
9.1
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A stable internet connection
- A compatible device
- Access to Zoom or the designated platform
9.2
The Company is not responsible for:
- Missed numbers
- Audio or video delays
- Zoom outages
- Customer device failures
9.3
Zoom is a third‑party service provider. Customers must comply with Zoom’s terms of service.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
10.2
By participating, you acknowledge that your data may be processed for:
- Contractual purposes
- AML compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Regulatory obligations
11. AML and Regulatory Compliance
11.1
The Company complies with the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Acts 2010–2021.
11.2
Suspicious activity may be reported to FIU Ireland and other authorities without notice to the customer.
11.3
The Company is legally prohibited from informing customers if a Suspicious Transaction Report has been filed.
12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from internet or device issues
- Zoom or third‑party service failures
- Customer error
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
12.2
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the cost of the ticket purchased.
13. Responsible Play
13.1
The Company promotes responsible participation in online bingo.
13.2
Customers experiencing difficulty controlling their play should contact support for assistance.
14. Changes to Terms
14.1
The Company may amend these Terms at any time.
14.2
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
